INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY:
1. Purpose of collecting personal information
We collect customers' personal information when:

- Resolve problems that arise during purchase.
- Prevent illegal activities.
- Measure and improve our services.
We collect customers' personal information when:
- Customer directly provided: Customer directly provided includes: full name, email address, phone number, address.
- Customers interact with us: We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect certain information when customers interact on the website chvietnam.vn.
- From other legitimate sources: We collect customer information from other legitimate sources.
- We will store personal information provided by customers on our internal systems during the process of providing services to customers or when customers request to cancel the information provided.
- Partners are service providers to us in connection with order fulfillment and are limited to the necessary information and apply regulations to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal information.
- We use services from a third party service provider to perform certain activities related to the website www.chvietnam.vn. In doing so, the third party may have access to or process personal information in the course of providing those services. We require these third parties to comply with all relevant privacy laws and security requirements regarding personal information.
- Programs that are affiliated, co-implemented, outsourced for the purposes stated in Section 1 and always apply personal information security requirements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law and such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes.
- Business Transfer (if applicable): In the event of a merger or acquisition, in whole or in part, with another company, the purchaser will have access to the information we store and maintain, including personal information.
COMMIT
- We undertake that without the written consent of the CUSTOMER, we are obliged to keep confidential all information related to the contract and documents provided by us. We absolutely do not provide, disclose or exchange in any form to third parties, except for providing information to the CUSTOMER's subcontractors to serve the implementation of this contract.
- In case information related to this contract is required to be provided to government agencies or authorities by law, We must notify the CUSTOMER at least 03 working days in advance.
- In case We violate the information security as agreed in this Article, the CUSTOMER has the right to request compensation for damages according to current legal regulations and We are fully responsible before the law for this violation.
- We commit not to bribe, kickback, commission, price difference, gift, compensation or use any other form of material incentives for any person of the CUSTOMER to enjoy preferential treatment compared to other subjects. When there is a request from the CUSTOMER's person, We are responsible for immediately notifying the authorized representative of the higher management level of the CUSTOMER to handle together, the form of notification can be by direct phone call or in writing.
- In case We violate the above commitments, the CUSTOMER has the right to take appropriate sanctions, including unilateral termination of this Contract. We shall be fully responsible for all costs and damages arising from unilateral termination of the Contract.

- Comply with the provisions of law in your business operations.
- Always ensure that the equipment we provide and install for CUSTOMERS is in accordance with the law.
- Together we recognize and commit that safety, health and environment are the primary responsibilities of both Parties in managing production and business activities.
- Training and coaching staff and workers on safety, health and environment knowledge.
