WARRANTY POLICY
  • The equipment warranty period is 36 months or 20,000 hours of operation (whichever comes first for air compressors (within 36 months of use, if the air compressor has a manufacturer's defect in components such as screw compressor head, motor, control board, we will replace the CUSTOMER with another device of the same model and capacity as the device the CUSTOMER is using) and 12 months for auxiliary equipment, calculated from the date the two Parties sign the Acceptance Minutes.
  • The equipment is provided by Us under the Contract and is warranted in accordance with the provisions of the Contract and the Warranty Certificate from the manufacturer. We are obliged to provide the CUSTOMER with documents related to standards, quality, and warranty.
  • During the warranty period of the equipment, when maintenance - maintenance or replacement of consumable components is required, our technical staff will base on the manufacturer's periodic maintenance - maintenance schedule and notify the CUSTOMER or the unit using the equipment at least 15 days in advance in writing so that the CUSTOMER or the unit using the equipment can schedule a temporary shutdown of the equipment. The CUSTOMER or the unit using the equipment is responsible for following the maintenance schedule and replacing the correct genuine consumable components that we provide and replace.
  • In case the goods are defective or damaged within the warranty scope, We are obliged to repair free of charge for Party A within 24 hours of receiving the repair request from the CUSTOMER. After the above deadline, if We have not yet resolved the problem, the CUSTOMER has the right to request another third party with appropriate functions to repair, and We will be responsible for paying any costs arising from this issue to the CUSTOMER or the third party.
  • We only warrant machinery and equipment damaged due to manufacturer's fault. And replace with genuine consumables supplied and replaced by us.
  • We do not warrant and are not responsible for damage to the machine due to natural wear and tear of the machine and due to CUSTOMER's fault such as: improper operation according to the instruction manual attached to the machine; due to unstable voltage (voltage difference +/- 10% compared to regulations); other causes due to CUSTOMER's fault.
RETURN POLICY
  •   Goods can be returned within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:
  •  Unused, operating equipment
  •  Equipment and components are in original packaging.
Please note: All shipping and lifting costs must be paid to us by the CUSTOMER before returning the goods.
